Event & Program Reporting 4/29/12-End of the Year

Please report all the wonderful Community Builders, Bulletin Boards, LC Events/Meetings, Academic Programs, Floor Meetings, and Community Conversations that you have had from Sunday, April 29th until the end of the year.

Keep it in this format:

Name of Event
Type of Event
Date
Time
Location
Number of Attendees

Please fill out each event/program with all the information. The last three items are not needed if you are reporting a bulletin board or other passive program-like bathroom fliers.

Be sure to reference the Tracking Sheet to make sure you report everything you need to have completed expectations...this is the last time you get to report!  Please post by Thursday, May 17th before you check out with me.
