Event & Program Reporting for 4/1/12-4/14/12

Please report all the wonderful Community Builders, Bulletin Boards, LC Events/Meetings, Academic Programs, Floor Meetings, and Community Conversations that you have had from Sunday, April 1st until Saturday, April 14th.

Keep it in this format:

Name of Event
Type of Event
Date
Time
Location
Number of Attendees

Please fill out each event/program with all the information. The last three items are not needed if you are reporting a bulletin board or other passive program-like bathroom fliers.

Be sure to reference the Tracking Sheet to make sure you report everything you need to have completed expectations!
