I think I bring a host of positive qualities one that sticks out to me is my ability to have fun with everyone. I try my best to keep a light mood and not take my job too seriously so I don't burnout from juggling too many things. A negative quality in which I should work on would be keeping track of records and keeping paper trails on everything. Something I need to work on for when I am out teaching in schools.
I think one positive influence that I bring to the group is that I would like to think that I am good at meeting deadlines and I try to keep information organized the best I can. A negative quality that I need to work on is that I get stressed out pretty easily and it often shows up in my attitude and can put people off sometimes. I need to find a better way to let go of my worries.
One positive characteristic I believe I bring to the staff would have to be that I am easy going. I really enjoy spending time with and talking to everyone on staff. One negative characteristic I feel I bring to staff is my stubbornness when I think something is wrong or a bad idea.
I think that I bring the ability to get things done efficiently and effectively to the table..
A negative would have to be the lack of time I have for anybody.
I think the strength I bring to the staff is that I am understanding. I am extremely empathetic and I have the ability to see where people are coming from. I think a weakness that I need to work on is my stress level. I have a lot to deal with this semester and I am a high stress individual. Sometimes when I get stressed out I forget to take time and talk with people to see how things are going for them.
I think a positive quality I bring to the table is experiance and leadership, also I am an easy going person who doesn't stress-out easily.
Somthing I need to work on is meeting deadlines and hanging up postings in a timely manner.
I think one positive influence that i bring to the staff would be my positive attitude and humor.I try to keep everything as funny as posible.
A negative quality that i bring to the staff is my contriution to the staff blog. I tend to forget about the blog some weeks but not this week.
Hey! I feel like I bring a happy attitude to the group. I feel like a negative quality I could work on is getting things done, like the blog done, on time.
I think I also bring a happy attitude as well as laughter to the group. Something I can approve on I think is taking more initiative.

I would say one positive thing that I bring to the staff is my organizational skills. Something that I need to work on would be my reaction to things that aren't done correctly that I feel people should know. Some of you have seen this, but for the most part it's a reaction I have to myself that isn't good for stress levels.
