"We're a family"...that was one of the expectations that you set for our team back in August. Like every family there are things we like and dislike...therefore...please answer the following questions by Monday, October 5th:
What is the best part of our team/family?
What is the one thing you think needs to be improved?
Remember...I'm asking about our team as a whole, I'm not asking for you to single out people or specific behaviors that only one or two people display.

The best part about our team/family is the laughter that comes whenever we are together. I really enjoy spending time with the family for it is a time when I can set everything aside and laugh.
One thing that could be improved as a team/family would have to be when we are meeting to try to stay on task a little more and not sidetrack as much as we do.
I definitely think the best part about our team/family is the laughter. Just like any other family we can joke around and playfully make fun of each other but all be good sports about it.
Something that I think we could improve upon is doing more things as a team/family outside of our jobs.
Our team provides a good place for any one person to come and talk to with a problem. Meaning we are very open and can confide in one another. We help each other when someone is down.
Something our team could improve upon would be talking with one another about other things besides work and the RA position. Finding out more about each other than what we already know.

The best part about our team/family is that everyone is always willing to listen and talk with everyone else.
Something to improve on as a team/family I would say is seeing each other outside work related things.
I think that we are a very dedicated team! All of us work hard to achieve our goals.
One thing I think could be improved is that we should be the first to be quiet at quiet hours and not the last.
The best part about our team is our humor. We all crack jokes all the time and its makes the time we share together so exciting.
I also think the one thing we can improved is spending more time ouside of the job.

One thing that I like about our staff is the laughter (like many of you said). I also like how well the staff has gotten along from the get go.
One thing that could be improved is the gender separation. I know that I've joked about it, but seriously...we're not in grade school and I think at meetings, dinners, socials, and duty nights we should branch out a little and talk with the opposite sex.

Anyways my favorite thing about being family is the fact that everyone is understanding and helpful when other need it. I in need of any help or advice everyone is more than happy to help me through my issue
As far as some to improve on i think i would have to agree with with tyler that during meetings we should stick more to business and not get sidetracked so easily

The best part of our family is that we are all comfortable with one another. We have fun with each other when we are together and we enjoy laughing!
Something that could improve is staying focused during meetings and not getting off topic even though that is fun we could save that for later.
